Assists the Mktg. Mgr./BD Mgr. & Mktg. Coordinators in the preparation of RFQ/P’s, presentations and assist with admin. duties. Responsible for maintaining files, databases, association sponsorships/conferences, personnel photos & resumes. Candidate must have 2 yrs. of marketing experience in A/E/C industry, a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, strong organizational skills, good written and verbal communication skills and work productively under deadline situations. Proficient in MS Office & Adobe CS. Required to travel to our Corporate office.
