Job Description: Construction Project Manager

Classification: Full Time

Are you a construction project manager with school district/public works, ground up and close out experience?

Job Duties:

• Quality inspections, budgets, supervise sub-contractors, approve projects
• Prevent fines follow all codes, keep a safe environment
• Process all paperwork, prepare RFI’s, scheduling contractors
• Offsite improvements through Notice of Completion

Job Requirements:

• PUBLIC WORKS – SCHOOL DISTRICT EXPERIENCE A MUST.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
